    We’ve built Rising Tide Car Wash around the unique potential of our employees, most of whom are on the autism spectrum. By helping team members transform their natural talents into a professional skill set, we provide customers with a thoughtful and expert service, and give everyone on our team the chance to build a career and an independent life.


    Our vision is to prove that autism can be a competitive advantage for business by growing our car wash locations. We believe that successfully growing this business model can make a powerful statement of how capable people with autism really are.

  • Join our Learn to Lead Program

    Located in Parkland & Margate, Fl



    We are looking for gritty and hungry people to join our team who want to work hard and become the future leaders of our company and the autism employment movement.


    You will receive direct mentorship and coaching from our founders and senior management, and will be taught the business and operational cornerstones that differentiate our social enterprise from most organizations and all other car washes. The entire 5 step program can be accomplished in less than 3 years.


    The is a great opportunity to build a strong management foundation for your career within a company that is scaling quickly, while making a tangible impact on society.

  • The Learn to Lead Experience

    You will be challenged. You will grow as a leader. You will impact the lives of many individuals with autism.

    Step 1 - Supervisor in Training

    First you will learn the basics of what makes our organization work. You'll start from the boots up learning every production skill, quality control, customer service and how to open and close a location.


    Step 2 - Supervisor

    Next you'll get the chance to lead small teams of individuals while learning how to effectively coach, give feedback and run a production facility.


    Step 3 - Manager in Training

    Once you've proven your desire to learn and ability to work hard for your goals you will be given the bulk of our training curriculum. Covering topics from how our technical systems work to how to facilitate training to how to ensure every customer leaves with a clean dry and shiny car, you will be prepared to run a car wash location.

    Step 4 - Assistant Location Manager

    Once you've earn the trust of your team and proven your managerial and leadership potential you will be given a salaried position as an Assistant Store Manager. Here you will be responsible for running a location several days a week and you will learn the administrative functions of how to keep a business operating at a very high level.

    Step 5 - Location Manager

    Achieving the level of Location Manager means you fully embody our leadership values of Disciplined Compassion and fully understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service, day in and day out. As a Location Manager you will be responsible for running your own business and leading a team of 40+ people.

  • What You'll Get

    Fast Track Growth Opportunity

    If you have the grit and are hungry to prove yourself, you have the opportunity to grow into a salaried role in approximately 1 year and become a Location Manager in less than 3 years.

    The Training

    This program is designed to help you grow from raw potential through management and leadership skill development to mastery of many operational and managerial disciplines.


    You'll work through 5 phases of growth where you'll complete a robust training program with over 40 classroom and on the job modules. The entire program can be completed in less than 3 years.


    Over the course of this program you will receive consistent feedback and coaching, including monthly performance reviews so you always know where you stand.

    The Impact

    Your work will directly influence the lives of over 35 individuals with autism (the number of employees you'll manage). You'll get to know them, you'll help them grow as people and as professionals and you'll help pave the way for many more to have the same opportunities as the rest of us.

    The Compensation

    • Supervisor in Training: $9/Hourly + Tips
    • Supervisor: $10/Hourly + Tips + Weekly Sales Commission + Monthly Bonuses
    • Manager in Training: Increased Hourly + Tips + Weekly Sales Commission + Monthly Bonuses
    • Assistant Location Manager: Salary + Tips + Weekly Sales Commission + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
    • Location Manager: Increased Salary + Tips + Weekly Sales Commission + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
